These terms apply to bardowndigital.com and to booking a strategy session with Bardown Digital, a business owned and operated by John White (“Bardown Digital,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them.

What this site is

This site describes our Klaviyo email marketing services for Shopify brands and lets you book a free strategy session. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins if it conflicts with these terms.

Results

The revenue numbers, screenshots and testimonials on this site are real results from brands we’ve worked with. They are not a promise of what your brand will get. Results depend on your products, list, offers, market and many other things we don’t control.

Strategy sessions

The strategy session is free and comes with no obligation. Please give accurate information on the booking form so the call is useful. We may reschedule or decline a session, for example if a brand isn’t a fit.

Text messaging terms

• What you’re signing up for: if you check the consent box on our booking form, Jack White at Bardown Digital may call and text you at the number you gave about your strategy session and follow-ups.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You may get one final text confirming you’ve opted out.
• Help: reply HELP, or email jackwhite@bardowndigital.com.
• Not required: consent to texts is not a condition of booking a call or buying any service.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no spam submissions, scraping, attempts to break in, or anything illegal. Everything on the site, including the copy, design, screenshots and our “Engage & Expand” framework, belongs to Bardown Digital or is used with permission. Don’t copy or republish it without asking.

Links to other sites, like Instagram, LinkedIn or Cal.com, are there for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site or its content, and nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bardown Digital won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or a free strategy session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
